Deposits Any available reptile can be reserved for a 20% non refundable deposit. All reptiles must be collected within 28 days of the deposit being received. If for any reason we are unable to supply a reserved reptile, then the deposit will be returned in full. Payment All reptiles must be paid in full prior to or on collection. Payment can be made by Paypal, cash, personal cheque or banker's cheque. Collection Reptiles must be collected in person unless other suitable arrangements can be made. We will not ship reptiles outside of the United Kingdom. Guarantee All our reptiles will be healthy, feeding and correctly sexed (unless otherwise stated). If you experience any problem with the reptile(s), please contact us within 24 hours of collection. We will either replace the reptile(s), or provide a full refund if stock is unavailable. We reserve the right of non-refund due to poor handling, husbandry or quarantine. After the 24 hour period we will assume you are happy with the reptile(s) and our responsibility will cease. We take pride in our after sales service, so please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding your reptile and we will endeavour to provide you with the appropriate guidance and answers.
